• Full Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
• Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial payment, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
• Live Workshops/Webinars: Refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the start of the event.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloadable products (e.g., eBooks, software)
• Services that have already been rendered (e.g., tutoring sessions)
• Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed
• Courses purchased through a third-party platform (please refer to their refund policy) .

• If a live event is cancelled or rescheduled by the provider
